Who advises you
Clearway is the service. A named professional does the judgement.
We do not run a directory or a panel of advisers to compare on price. Clearway's software prepares your case, and a named professional handles the part that needs a human.
Clearway's regulated immigration service is currently being prepared and is not yet available to the public.
You can use the free preliminary check now. Regulated case reviews and application support cannot be bought yet, and nothing on this site is immigration advice.

Current status
Preparing for IAA Level 1 authorisation. Not currently authorised to give immigration advice.
How to check any adviser on the public registerA qualification in another country is not permission to advise on UK immigration. Until authorisation is granted, Clearway gives information only, and we say so on every page rather than blurring the line.
Software for the repeatable work, a professional for the judgement
What the software does
Structured intake, matching your answers to the published routes, comparing what you told us against the current thresholds, and listing the documents and evidence a route needs. Repeatable work, done consistently, free.
What a professional does
Reading your history, weighing evidence that is incomplete or borderline, deciding between routes and timing, and telling you what your own circumstances mean. Judgement work, and regulated.
That split is why the check is free and the regulated case review is not. You should not pay for information that is already public, and you should not rely on software for a decision that needs a person.
What we will never do
- Claim a regulatory status we do not hold, or publish a registration number that is not real.
- Promise, imply or hint at the outcome of any application.
- Give advice on your individual case before we are authorised to do so.
- Take on a matter above our authorised level instead of referring it on.
