Clearway can

- Show published requirements.
- Link to official sources.
- Help organise your information.
- Help you prepare questions and documents.
Clearway cannot
- Tell you what you should apply for.
- Predict whether your application will succeed.
- Give legal advice about your individual circumstances.
- Represent you before the Home Office or a tribunal.
That work belongs to an appropriately regulated professional: an adviser registered with the Immigration Advice Authority, or a solicitor or barrister regulated by the SRA or BSB.
Why the line matters
Immigration rules change often, and small differences in your circumstances, dates, absences, occupation codes or past refusals can change the answer completely. General information is a good place to start and a poor place to finish. A regulated adviser can look at your documents and take responsibility for the advice they give. We cannot.
